“Hilda was an AMAZING caretaker for our dog, Beau! She sent multiple photos throughout the weekend and she was incredibly communicative throughout. She took him on long walks, to the dog park, and other dog-friendly events, ensuring that he got plenty of enrichment throughout the weekend. Beau had some mild medical needs, and Hilda was more than accommodating with his cone and medication. She also sent us home with the sweetest goodie bag for Beau. We cannot recommend Hilda enough - we will definitely be calling her whenever we need to board Beau in the future.”

“Hilda is AMAZING! I truly feel she welcomed my German Shepherd, Gershwin, into her family! Throughout the stay, Hilda took pictures of Gershwin on walks, meeting and playing with other dogs, enjoying the sunset, and snuggling. She put a lot of thought and effort into the types of activities that would keep Gershwin feeling happy, enriched, and engaged. Hilda sent tons of pictures and gave great updates about how Gershwin was feeling and adjusting to his stay. It was extra special to receive all the photos, Hilda treated him like a model! Gershwin can be anxious and Hilda did a fantastic job putting him (and me) at ease, identifying and avoiding potential triggers, and keeping me updated on how he was doing throughout his stay. Hilda has the ability handle very large, active (and anxious) dogs with ease and confidence. This was Gersh and my first time boarding with anyone, and Hilda was so patient with me, including making an instant connection with Gershwin at out meet and greet, as well as a phone call and multiple texts leading up to Gershwin's stay. During my trip, I had an unexpected delay and Hilda was flexible with the pickup time, even confirming the exact brand of dog food with me (since I didn't have the additional food). Gershwin can't wait to stay with Hilda again soon :)”
